Hey there. Thanks for stopping by. I am Mack and I would like to share with you a little bit about me and my passion for fitness.
In 2020 we decided to take our show on the road and I am happy that we are blessed with the opportunity to share our adventures with you.
I served in the U.S. Army for 8 years. While stationed in Germany, I played football on a German-American team and was a member of the boxing team. After serving in the Army, I continued to play football for the Louisville Bulls where I set several records. I tried out for a few professional football teams, but it was not in God’s timing.
I had yet to discover my purpose.
In 2012, I turned my passion for fitness into a career and became certified as a personal fitness trainer. That same year, I realized that I had spent a good part of my life blaming my environment and others for the negativity in my life and, through prayer and focus, I discovered and accepted that I was to blame. Once I took responsibility for my actions, I began to experience a positive shift in my life. I attribute the shift to my relationship with God and a change in the way I was thinking. The shift resulted in my first book, The Positive Thinking Workbook.
With that shift, I also became more aligned, and that’s when I discovered my God-given purpose to help others become their best fit healthy selves.
