Joy doesn't go away as we get older; it just gets quieter when we have to take care of responsibilities, do things on a schedule, and do everything else life asks of us.
This week, our focus is simple: restore your joy.
After 50, joy looks different. It's more intentional, softer, and deeper. When you laugh with someone you love, eat a good meal, go for a walk in the morning, have a small adventure, or just sit still for a moment, you remember how good it is to be alive.
This week, give joy permission to return. Let the fun in. Let the light in. Create a moment each day that feels like just yours.
Simple practice this week:
Plan one fun thing to do, like a date night, a walk, a phone call, a hobby, or something else.

What will you do this week to restore joy? Share with us in the comments, let's help one another to become more joyful.
