Getting your energy back means letting your body heal. Get more sleep. More water. More light from the sun. More gentle movement that wakes you up instead of making you tired.
This is your chance to take a break, slow down, and fill up your tank without feeling bad about it.

Choose one daily energy ritual (10-minute walk, stretching, earlier bedtime, hydration goal) and commit to it.
