You don't find peace; you make it.
This week, we change our focus for December to restoring our peace, which is the part of us that gets stretched the most.
For a lot of people over 50, peace is the key to good health. Your body will follow your mind when it is calm. When you set clear limits, you feel less stressed. You finally make space for yourself when you stop saying yes to everything.
You can get your peace back by choosing quiet times, simplifying your schedule, and getting rid of anything that doesn't help you.
Simple practice this week:
Choose one boundary you will honor — even if it’s just saying “no” once.
