Have you selected a word for 2021?

The last few years I have selected a word to live by. A word that when utilized in my life will not only make my life better but will allow me to better serve my peeps.

My 2021 word is: Simple

I selected simple because in the last 6 months I have found that living simply has added value to my life.

I will spend 2021 creating a simple life and I have already begun making changes.

The most recent case was in the way I decorated the RV for the holidays.

I put up one decoration on the outside and that proved to be enough.

Going all out and decorating in a big way used to be super fun for me.

I am at a place in my life where one decoration is enough.

I don't have to decorate in a big way because that is what I have always done.

You may be just the opposite maybe for you more is your enough and guess what, that's okay too. It's important that we live in a way that is best for our own well being.

What is not okay is to continue to live in a way that no longer serves you well just because that is the way you have always lived.

The pandemic has allowed me to take a step back from the complications of life and step into keeping things simple and for that I am thankful.

Living simply is for me.

If living simply is something you want more of in your life stay tuned my friend, 2021 is my year of keeping it simple and I will be sharing with you the tools, techniques and resources that help me to live a Simple Healthy Lifestyle.

Do you have a word for 2021? Please share it with me in the comments below as I want to get to know you better and bring you more of what interests you as long as it's not too complicated 😂

Love ,

Kirsten
