The Move With Mack Squat Challenge begins on Monday April 5th, we would love for you to join us.
Why squats? We are glad you asked:
- strengthens the muscles in your legs, including the quadriceps, calves, and hamstrings
- burns fat
- strengthens your lower back
- improves flexibility in the lower body

The challenge is simple comment I'm in below and start with your 25 squats on Monday 4/5.
If you are just getting started in your fitness journey, no worries, you do not have to do all of your squats at once you can break them up throughout the day.
