We are on the Move in a whole new way!

We have made a major life changing decision, we are selling our goods and hitting the road in our new RV.

We will continue to provide you with health and fitness motivation and support as wells as our RV adventures.

We have spent the last few months watching endless hours of YouTube, reading blogs, listening to podcasts and fully emersing ourselves in all things RV.

We are not leaving our apartment just yet we are taking out time to learn our RV.
