If you are traveling in an RV, working out at home or at the gym participating in this challenge is easy, no equipment is required.   

Build a strong core with us and  improve your balance and stability which can help prevent falls and injuries.  

Starting June 28th we are kicking off a 5 day 45 second plank challenge.  How does the challenge work?

1.  Comment below I'm in

2.  Start each day with a plank

3.  Set your timer for 45 seconds, if you drop get back up as soon as you can. 

4.  Post on our Facebook page when you have completed your plank for the day.
