Red bell peppers are packed with crunch without the calories and unlike a processed chip they are high in vitamin C.

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), half a cup of raw, red pepper provides 95 milligrams of vitamin C, which accounts for 106% of the recommended Daily Value (%DV) for adults and children aged 4 and over.

Hummus provides a variety of vitamins and minerals. It is also a great plant-based source of protein.

Skip the chips and dip and opt for a healthier crunch.
